By agreeing to these terms, I, individually, hereby acknowledge the following notices by Tucson Kids Yoga, LLC (TKY):

Prerequisites
For the 3-day Kids Yoga Teacher Training, trainees must have a personal yoga practice and a desire to share yoga with children.

For Specialty Trainings (i.e. Family, Disabilities), it is recommended, but not required, that participants have a personal yoga and/or mindfulness practice.

***You do not need to be an adult yoga teacher to participate in TKY Trainings.***

Cancellation Policy
For the 3-day Teacher Training, if a request is received via email at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the training, a refund will be issued less the $75 registration and supplies fee. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the Teacher Training are non-refundable. When applicable, payments from cancellations may be applied to another TKY Teacher Training to be used within 1 year. Trainees are responsible for paying any difference in tuition and a $50 change fee when re-registering. No refunds or transfers allowed once a Teacher Training has started.

In-Person Specialty Trainings (i.e. Family, Disabilities) are non-refundable. Payments from cancellations may be applied to another TKY Training to be used within 1 year. Trainees are responsible for paying any difference in tuition and a $25 change fee when re-registering.

Purchase Price
Purchase price is the final price regardless of future discounts.

Registration & Supplies Fee
A non-refundable $75 registration and supplies fee for Teacher Training is included in the cost.

Registration Confirmation
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, you will receive an email of confirmation stating that you have been accepted into the Training. Class size for select offerings is limited and registration is on a first-come basis.

Trainers and Facilitators
TKY reserves the right to replace or change the Trainer or Facilitator at any time.

Liability Release
I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with my physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect my participation in the TKY Teacher Training. I assume the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any personal injury sustained and discharge and hold harmless TKY, its owners, directors, members, teachers, contractors, employees and agents from any claim, cause of action or liability for damages arising from any personal injury or other persons or property caused by my participation in the TKY program, that the foregoing shall not apply to the intentional or grossly negligent acts of TKY.

Photographs & Video
I acknowledge that I may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the TKY Teacher Trainings and these photographs, videos or recordings, which shall be owned by TKY, may appear in TKY promotional materials or products unless otherwise specified. No photograph, video or recording used will be identified by name, nor will any compensation be extended for such use.
